Renewal and pinned-listing services start after payment is confirmed. Duration and pricing follow the selected package. Activated services may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by a system error.

6. Trading safety
Users should inspect items, identity, documents, and payment channels before transacting. Avoid sharing OTP codes, passwords, or financial details with others, and report suspicious behavior to admins.
7. Personal data and contact
Some contact details are masked until visitors choose to reveal them. The system may log those events for safety. Submitting contact or advertising forms allows admins to use the provided information for follow-up.
8. Intellectual property
Users keep ownership of their content but allow PostKai to store, display, resize, and publish it as needed to provide the service and promote listings within the system.
9. Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is and is not responsible for damages from transactions, user content, service interruptions, force majeure events, or third-party links and services to the extent allowed by law.
10. Changes to terms
PostKai may update these terms to match the service and applicable law. The update date will be shown on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
